quaint decor, excellent concierge service, prime location
The hallway noise can be quite disruptive!!! Reception staff need better training on basic inquiries, especially regarding charges!!! It's unsettling when the checkout process isn't clear and involves multiple staff confirmations!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my night here! The interior design dazzled me with its charm. The delightful staff made my stay memorable, especially the receptionist who remembered my name. Explore the nearby restaurants for delicious local cuisine, and take a short walk to enjoy the tranquility of the park.

I had a cozy stay and loved the comfortable room with a Nespresso machine and daily fruit. The gym was great for a quick workout, and the lounge offered a nice spot to unwind. The only hiccup was a bit of a wait during check-in, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

Fantastic location and friendly service
I really loved my stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. the only downside was the noise from the hallway in the mornings, which occasionally disturbed my sleep.

The Superior Double Room was spacious with comfy bedding and high-quality linen. Decor was nice and fresh, making it feel cozy. Good natural light from the windows, which was a plus! The shower had decent pressure, but I wish I could've opened the window for some fresh air. No street noise, which was great for a good sleep. quite comfy but small quirks with the shower could be improved.

location is amazin, so close to oxford street. rooms were tidy and the staff were generally friendly. had a decent time overall, felt cozy in the room. nearby restaurants were a plus too with lots of options.
the ac in the room was super noisy and kinda ruined my sleep. also, the lift was out of order during my stay which was really inconvenient.

We had an amazing time visiting the shops and taking strolls through the parks. The location was perfect for exploring. The facilities were great, with helpful staff. Breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of options. I highly recommend this spot for a fun getaway with friends!
The standard rooms can be very small, making it difficult to open a suitcase. We had some trouble with space but overall enjoyed our stay.

missingWrote a review on 08 Julprime locationcozy barsmall lift
The location is prime, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The bar serves a solid range of food and drinks, offering reasonable prices for bar snacks, making it a convenient spot to unwind after a day out.
Unfortunately, the lift is quite cramped and slow, not ideal for those who prefer quick access, especially given the size expectations of many Americans. On top of that, initial room requests, like for quiet rooms, may not be honored, leading to disappointing allocations that can put a damper on sleep quality. Also, breakfast offerings can leave something to be desired, as cold dishes detract from the overall experience.

Staying at the Mandeville was a culinary adventure! The Terrance Suite blew me away, with stunning views and a cozy ambiance. The restaurant served top-tier dishes, and I adored the homemade jams at breakfast! Plus, the location was a dream, steps away from cool eateries like Hoppers and the Ivy Cafe. I couldn't ask for a better getaway!
While most staff were friendly, there was a bit of confusion during check-in due to the machine malfunction. Also, finding a nasty smell of smoke in the bathroom was less than ideal. Just a tinge of disappointment overall still, the good vibes of the stay stayed strong!

The hotel location in Marylebone is fantastic. Close to Bond Street and Oxford Street makes it easy to explore. My room had a modern feel, with clean public spaces. The food in the restaurant was good, although on the pricey side. The staff seemed friendly, but communication could be a challenge at times. I had an uncomfortable experience when I returned to my room to find a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom, despite the hotel being non-smoking. The staff blamed the vents, but that didn’t make sense. Although they sent someone with deodorizer, it left me dissatisfied. The bed was comfortable, but I noticed some noise from the hallway, especially in the morning. Housekeeping made quite a racket early on, so if you’re planning a late night, keep that in mind.
